Do higher packages include different services?

No. The core service stays the same across all Recallva Core packages. Higher packages simply include more monthly communication capacity.

Is support included?

Yes. Support is included across all Recallva Core packages.

What does the setup fee cover?

The $750 one-time setup fee covers onboarding, workflow configuration, message setup, testing, launch, and initial support for your initial managed number and standard Recallva Core workflow set.

What happens if we exceed our package allowance?

Additional billable SMS segments above your included package allowance are billed at $0.04 each.

Can we add another number later?

Yes. Additional managed numbers can be added under a separate package structure.

Do we need to switch our software stack?

No. Recallva is designed to strengthen follow-up around your existing operation without requiring a full software stack replacement.
